Lead Pastors - Philip and Deanna Barber
Pastor Philip & Deanna Barber have served as Lead Pastors at SMFG since 2012. Before that, they served as missionaries to the nation of Ecuador form 1995 to 2012. Deanna grew up in this church where her father and mother, Fred & Anna Franks, served as pastors for 58 years. Philip and Deanna are committed to walking through life alongside the people of God. They are passionate about sending and supporting ministers and missionaries to take the Gospel to every corner of world.
Associate Pastors - John and Debbie McClendon
John and Debbie McClendon grew up in SMFG. They have served there since 2018. They have been Lead Pastors in Texas and Kansas. John was also an Associate Pastor in Missouri and California.
They love the ministry and vision of SMFG. Debbie leads Women’s Bible Study and John serves as Associate Pastor. Their vision is to see people of all ages come to know the reality of a deep walk with Jesus Christ.

Beth Buford and her husband Tom have been going to SMFG for 29 years. She keeps active by teaching music at Webb City Middle School and leading worship at Silver Moon Church. She enjoy working and growing together with a great team of worship leaders who humbly serve the Lord

Shannon works at a local hospital. She is married to Joshua Hobson. She and her daughter Alyssa lead our Sunday morning children's ministry.

Justin and Christina Beckett have been members of SMFG for 12 years, and have served as leaders of our Wednesday children's ministry for 9 years. Justin also serves on the leadership board of directors, and Christina serves as church administrator. They and their three children are passionate about sharing the gospel and devoting their lives to building relationships at SMFG.
